Thank you for shopping with Cocoa Boutique.  We are here to help if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS

We offer returns or exchanges (subject to availability) on any order returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Items delivered after this time will not be eligible for a refund. You can return your product for or a refund or an exchange. 

Please note the following

• Discounted/Sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition with all labels intact and still attached.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.  We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been worn or washed.
• We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery and gift cards.

RETURNS BY POST

Delivery charges are not refunded when orders are returned to us and that cost of returns are to be covered by the customer. 

RETURNS VIA THE SHOP

Returns can be made via the shop however, refunds will be issued once they have been accepted and processed and will be made back to the original payment method.
